Our new custom trading card photo booth allows guests to capture their image and have it instantly printed as a collectible card. Once printed, cards are cut and placed into soft protective sleeves (hard shells also possible), giving participants a personalised keepsake that mirrors the look and feel of a traditional trading card.

Trading card templates are fully customisable, giving participants the ability to add their own details directly onto the card — names, numbers, short quotes and more. In addition to this, specialised paper is used to match the dimensions of a traditional trading card.

hard plastic magnetic cases (100 pieces)

for an additional $150

Elevate your experience with hard plastic magnetic cases. Designed to protect and showcase each card, these cases add a premium, collectible finish and are used in place of the standard soft plastic sleeves.

For an additional $150 you get 100x cases to be utilised for guests throughout the activation. Once the allotment of cases has been depleted, the cases will revert to the soft plastic sleeves.

Live Gallery / Slideshow

Display your event gallery in real-time on a projector or TV. Images taken at the booth will be sent to a live gallery for a customized slideshow. Ensure the venue has the necessary equipment or contact us for setup assistance.

Physical Backdrop

We have numerous styles available and a few of these can be found below. Please note that all of our backdrops require at least 2(w) x 2.3(h) meters of space, plus an additional section of floor space to set up. We do not recommend these for residential addresses with low ceilings.

Data Capture / Event Surveys

Data capture adds a short form for collecting emails, numbers, or other fields, either optionally or as a required step. Primarily used for marketing, it can also support fun features like score tracking or competition entries.

Online Guest Gallery

The Online Guest Gallery is a customizable webpage where guests can instantly download, share, and view all event media. Unlike the Client Gallery shared post-event, this gallery is accessible during the event and is hosted for at least 6 months for continued access.

Sharing Station

The sharing station is an additional kiosk where guests can independently access the event gallery and share media to their phones or emails. It’s especially useful for large events, helping reduce photo booth lines and shifting the sharing process to another area.

Event Analytics Report

After the event, you can receive a report with key metrics like total downloads, most viewed images, and social media shares. Using facial recognition, additional insights include guest gender, approximate age ranges, total faces detected, and average faces per photo.

Custom Physical Backdrop

Want to print your own design on a physical backdrop? Send us the design and let us do the rest for you. This service applies to the skin only. Please let us know if you would like to purchase the frame as well if you intend to use the backdrop again in the future.

things to note.

This booth works best when only one person is in frame. Due to the nature of the set up, groups may not result in the desired look or output.
One event attendant is designated to operating the photo element where the other will be cutting printouts in half and placing into the plastic sleeves.
A white backdrop is used to allow consumers to be cut out by the software more accurately, however, is not specifically required if space is limited.
Printing and cutting will take place on a specialised table which is part of the general setup.
